Delší únor rovná se více hotové práce...? Za nás zcela určitě. Ačkoliv se letošní únor neřadí mezi ty krátké pracovní měsíce, které vám utečou lusknutím prstu, v NewLinku to nikomu nevadilo a každý pracovní den k dobru se hodil. Požadavků zákazníků totiž s nástupem nového roku zatím neubylo a my jedeme na plné obrátky, abychom všem vyhověli. Takže díky tobě devětadvacetidenní únore a s chutí do prvního jarního měsíce.

Pojďme se nyní podívat na únorové novinky v Allegru.

Účetní jistě potěší, že do pravidel pro účtování výpisů byla přidána možnost vyhledávat zakázku dle variabilního nebo specifického symbolu. Vylepšili jsme i podklady pro placení a do exportu dat do excelu jsme doplnili datum fakturace.

V modulu obchod jsme v Produktech přidali test duplicity standardního nákupního značení produktů. V případě duplicity je na tuto skutečnost uživatel upozorněn. Kontrola se provádí rovněž při zakládání nového produktu pomocí zrychleného zadání v prodejním portálu. Do seznamu produktů jsme doplnili skrytý sloupec s názvem typu produktu, ve kterém je umožněno textové hledání. V produktových informacích v listu produktů je nově možné využít skryté sloupce prodejní sleva a minimální obchodní přirážka produktu a typu produktu.

A v únoru nás neminuly ani nové aplikace. Například velmi užitečná aplikace pro kontrolu prodejních cen produktů pro případ, kdy se pro výpočet prodejních cen používají pořizovací ceny produktů a vzorce pro výpočet definované na typu produktu. Aplikace kontroluje existující prodejní ceny oproti poslední nákupní a skladové ceně. Navíc kontroluje případné nastavené minimální obchodní přirážky. Ceny dle poslední nákupní nebo skladové ceny lze hromadně ukládat.

V modulu Sklady byla provedena optimalizace některých kroků prováděných při potvrzení skladového dokladu. Pokud je na produktu definován produkt poplatku (např. PHE), tiskne se nově jeho název na skladových dokladech. Do seznamu skladových dokladů byly přidány sloupce účetní zakázka a projekt. Je třeba je mít zapnuté v parametrech účetnictví.

Do nastavení způsobu úhrady jsme doplnili možnost omezit výpočet případného data splatnosti na pouze jednu kategorii. Omezení je aplikováno na nastavení společností, typů společností a všechny prodejní doklady včetně prodejního portálu. Obdobně do nastavení způsobu dodání jsme doplnili možnost omezit výpočet případného data splatnosti na pouze jednu kategorii a nastavit sadu povolených způsobů úhrady. Omezení je aplikováno na nastavení společností, typů společností a všechny prodejní doklady včetně prodejního portálu a e-shopu.

Ani v e-shopu jsme nezaháleli a mimo jiné jsme přidali možnost kopírování předchozích dodacích listů do košíku pro opakovaný nákup. Dále jsme upravili práci se slevami na produktu v košíku, pokud jsou do košíku načteny řádky z nabídky. A před finálním dokončením objednávky byla doplněna celková rekapitulace objednávky.

Do prodejních akcí jsme implementovali další slevu za odběr množství definovaného sortimentu – procentní sleva. Procentní sleva za sortiment se využije v případě odběru definovaného rozsahu jednotek vyjmenovaných produktů, kdy dostane zákazník slevu x % na tyto vyjmenované produkty.

Nově si v předvolbách systému můžete zapnout podbarvení kódu produktu dle typu produktu. Tato možnost přibyla i v předvolbách prodejního portálu.
